Advanced tooltips

In mods such as create some of the items have tooltips that say Press [SHIFT] for summary I was wondering if this is something that can only be done via a mod or is there an attribute for it? I use a website called MCstaker to get my custom items, this is basically an item command generator. So basically what I want is when someone is hovering over an item and they press shift it will display a bigger tooltip
