en_us.json or any other english language json file

I am trying to make a custom escape manu resource pack but for some reason i cannot find the required en_us.json file (this or any other english). I tried in .jar minecraft files but THERES NO LANG FOLDER FOR SOME REASON. Open sources on the internet have some wierd version of that file not containing any of escape menu stuff. idk if its somewhat diffrent on 1.21 or im just not doing it correctly, please help
