New Resource Pack Features

Haii! I haven't made a resource pack before, but I think there are a lot of interesting things one can do with the new snapshot features. I'm planning to create some custom 3d modelled armor, and I'm not sure how to do this with upcoming features. I'm sure it's much simpler, tho, right? :3
