Unicorn / Peagusus ? Model Conversion for Horse model help:

I want to add Pegasus or Unicorns to Minecraft for my custom dimension pack, I'm not sure how to take the horse model and convert it to a java item model. Anytime I do like Optifine CEM or Bedrock version and convert it breaks.
