Converting Pack from 1.19.2 to 1.21

I've converted a pack from 1.19.2 to 1.21, and the issue is the texture on the models don't work. I've updated the atlases, and I'm pretty sure that they textures are mapped onto the models correctly. Could someone tell me what I did wrong?
