Custom 3D models, optifine texture pack ❤🔥

I have no experience with making optifine texture packs for minecraft, so I was hoping that someone would help me with making a furniture texture pack. The way I want it to work is when re-naming a block (e.g. oak planks) the texture and model would change. This is a non-paying job btw so I would be EXTREMELY grateful if anyone was willing to help me!❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥 please don’t bother making custom models for me or textures, when u send eme the texture pack I would just change it! ❤️‍🔥 thanks to anyone that help :)
