the texture is not applied for what it is

i made a custom netherite armor called "infernal netherite armor"  changing the texture of all the netherite armor, and it should only do so with the custom armor, and even though I have specified the custom armor tag, it continues to modify the texture of all the armor, I don't know if I can explain well
