Custom model and texture are not loading 1.20.6

Hello there. Here I should have a campfire with a pot, but instead I have the error texture on a cube. Clearly I also need to resize the model to be a full block, but at this point I should be able to summon in an item frame with my item texture and place it down and see my custom model and block texture.
