Emissive Textures

I've been looking through tutorials and been trying to get this to work, but emissive textures aren't coming up / working
what I want to glow is in Assets > Weapons (it loads the model from there, just not the glowing letters)
made copy and deleted things that don't have to do with this so it's easier to help
