Pack for my server :)

Hello!! It's been a bit!!
I was originally going to try and do this as a Datapack, but I've since decided that a texture pack would be easier to do!!
I've created the texture I want in the game (image included) and I'm wondering if anyone could help me with putting it in game? If not, thanks for your time anyways!!
