Tried to update datapack since 1.21 release

I had an friend that made Datapack for me for 1.20 if im correct i dont recall exact date, and since 1.21 i tried to update datapack because it stopped working and my world border never changed since then(im on 1.21.10) if anyone could spear time to help me i would be grateful ❤️
