block player interaction with certain blocks when player is tagged

I want to make a profession system for my server, so i need to block placement and interaction to certain blocks, so only players with the appropriate job tag can interact with them:
for example:
tagged with cook: 
cauldrons, brewing stands and smokers
smiths:
smithing tables and anvils 
etc.
