Advancement Triggers - Fishing items with nbt

I am trying to trigger this advancement when either an uncommon, rare or epic fish is caught.
The 'uncommon' and 'epic' sections don't detect the item at all and the 'rare' section does not pickup the nbt. It only detects if it is a pufferfish.
