Ocean help

Hello, I’m looking for some help. I’ve been trying for several days to get the result I want, but no matter what I try or what tutorials I follow, I just can’t make it work.Version 1.21.8

I’m trying to achieve two things, but I can’t figure out how to do them:
One version of the datapack based on my current one, but with a lot more ocean.
Another version of the datapack with much less ocean.
I’ve already tried everything I could find online I must have checked 500 packs, and none of them match what I need. I even tried using tools like Snowcapped, but still no success.
If someone could help me with this, I would really appreciate it.
