only 1 datapack at a time working

Im preparing a modpack for the update release of cobblemon 1.7 on 1.21.1 fabric and i made some recipe datapacks as well for easier obtaining of some items with this website https://crafting.thedestruc7i0n.ca/
so far ive made 5 but for some reason only the newest one i put in the datapacks folder actually works.
