can i get some help with my datapacks

Hi i am new to coding datapack and I was trying to challenge myself with creating a custom weapons plugin and a Custom enchanted golden apple datapack is there anyone here who is willing to look at my datapacks and give me some imput on how to fix them becasue my main problem is that the item and custom crafting recipes are not showing the actually items in game
