losing my mind over recipe overrides

hello i am on here cuz i can't find where i went wrong...
soo im new and tryna teach myself datapacks and im currently stuck on how to override vanilla minecraft recipes, despite ensuring i have the correct file path, syntax, item id's, and file names, also datapack priority. minecraft still won't recognize my "minecraft folder" recipes, while "my pack folder" still works.
