Structure generating another structure

So I have a structure that generates many different rooms, one of them being really big in size, and due to jigsaw limits, unable to generate
So I wanna know if it's possible to make that room generate as a different structure perhaps so as to not worry about the limit
I should also note, I'm using a mod called Huge Structure Blocks, which removes the limit of structure block size, that's why the specific room can't generate
