Problem with Minecraft Text Editor

Hi, Im having truble figuring out why my text is not exporting right. As you can see from the images below, the text does not have any line breaks at all. When I export, I making sure im pressing 1.21.9, then JSON so i can use this in a recipe. Does anyone know how generate  the text correctly?
