Custom Totem Enchants

I am making a datapack that adds many random things that come to me, inclucing lots of enchantments. Some of these are for totems, and work fine except that if I put a totem in an enchanting table, there are no options. The enchantments are in the "in_enchanting_table.json" but it does not appear there. it is not a problem with the .json because some trident enchants I made do appear
