Custom Model Data in /Summon Command

Hi! I'm new to datapack programming and I have a question.
I'm using Minecraft 1.21.4 and I need to summon an item with custom model data and other NBTs.
I was able to do the rest of the NBTs correctly, but I can't do the custom model data in the summon command (yes, in the give command). Does anyone know how to solve this?
