Block display alignment when summoned by spawn egg

Im trying to make a custom block currently but i cant figure out how to get it to align to xyz its quite the annoyance because im not a very big fan of blocks being uncentered from the world yknow
my current command is:
give @s cat_spawn_egg[entity_data={id:"minecraft:block_display",Tags:["uninit"],block_state:{Name:"minecraft:dirt"}},item_name="Custom block"]
