How to make the quick action dialog key open a team specific menu

I want when you press the key it checks what team you are on. If you have the "Evil" tag it opens a list with all evil players. if you have the "Good" tag it opens a menu telling you that you dont know who is on your team. Is this possible and if it is how would I do it?
