Regarding Worldgen and Noise Settings

Hi all! I'm messing around more with world generation and noise settings (via Misode's generators); particularly the latter interests me lately. What would be the best way to go about adjusting how often peaks and valleys form/how big mountains can get, or what would the best way to adjust the height at which the surface is? It's definitely a very complex system, and I'm going to look more into density functions soon to see what those can do!
