Can't get lightning to join a team

I'm making this enchantment that summons lightning at the location of an enemy and I've bee trying to get it to not hurt the player when it's summoned. 
But whenever it runs the function it creates the team but it doesn't add the lightning bolt to the team, not only that but it never creates the team I named it as "playerTeam" it always defaults to "main"
