custom mob summon help

I have a command /give @p minecraft:chicken_spawn_egg 1 {EntityTag:{id:"minecraft:armor_stand",Tags:["machine_core"],Invisible:1b,NoGravity:1b,Marker:1b}} and its not working, it needs to be a chicken egg, but spawn a armor stand with the tag machine core, with the invisible nogravity and marker tag, it used to work but now it does not in 1.21.4
