Looking for Item Model Datapack

Does anyone know of a data pack that is like the custom roleplay datapack the hermitcraft uses, but is able to call the item model instead of custom model data? 
I found one that looks like it does what I want it to do but it hasn't been updated since 1.21.4.
I would try to update it myself, but I've been struggling to figure out what all needs to be changed from 1.21.4 datapacks (which I know fairly well) and 1.21.10 datapacks. 
I've been working on a huge project since January that has been 1.21.4 and I feel like I haven't been able to keep up with all the changes and not get confused while I learned datapacking.
