Clickable Text in Book to Teleport?

Hi all, I've never really messed around with scoreboard stuff before, but I'm looking to make a written book that can teleport the player when a certain line of text is clicked on. 
I know the scoreboard stuff is required (unless the player can use /execute, but that would require OP permissions), so I was wondering how I could get started on making something like this. I unfortunately know very little about this sort of thing, but am confused on where to even start. I've seen tutorials that do similar things to this, but they'd probably not/do not work in the current version.
