Addition with world storage

How would I go about adding up a bunch of values I have in world storage? Say my world storage is {value_1:1, value_2:1,value_3:0}. How would I add these togeather and get the output of 2?
I've found it really hard to do subtraction and addition math with stored values, is there good ways to do this?
