How to send a chat message with a click event?

I'm working on a mod and I need to send a chat message where if you click one of the words it runs a command. Ik this is a datapoint discord but I'm sure y'all know more about commands than modders.
Here's a sample of what I want:
Player sent a waypoint from the overworld!. Click HERE to add it!
I want it to run a command when you click HERE.
