Remove ores

Hello guys, i'm new to datapacks and i'm trying to convert all ores in other specific blocks.
I'm working in a new dimension so i don't want to override vanilla worldgen settings.
As you can see in the photo, it's almost done, but i can't get rid of those veins (copper and iron), any ideas to help me? 🙏
PS: i've created a new mineral definition (configured and placed features) starting from the vanilla one and i removed all others ores in the plains biome (currently the only biome in the dimension), so i don't know what places those ores...
