I have a storage of strings how do I count them?

I have a storage that is filled with a list of roles and I want to count and display how many are in the list.
Example of storage emm:deck is below
{Evil:["Traitor","Traitor","Traitor"],Good:["Innocent","Innocent","Innocent","Innocent","Innocent","Innocent","Innocent","Detective"]}
The goal is for it to output something like this:
Good Pile:
Innocent x7
Detective x1
Evil Pile:
Traitor x3
Is this possible?
