Something is wrong with my recipe json and I can't figure it out

Hi. I generated this json on misode. It works in general, however not if I use both the stick and ingot like I should. I'm able to craft the axe using just the ingot or just the stick for some reason, but not only with both. Furthermore it doesn't work if I try to use both like it's supposed to happen.
I checked the output log and it didn't say anything about it. Can I get help please?
