I don't see some functions

Some functions in my data pack are not displayed or executed, as if they did not exist. I have had this problem in the past, but it seemed completely random. Some days I would open the game and everything would work correctly, other days it would not, and so I would spend entire days trying to figure out what to do until I abandoned the project. Now I have discovered this DS and I need help understanding what the problem could be.

The functions in question are uhc:start, uhc:more_hearts, uhc:no_pvp, uhc:game_clock, minecraft:install.
