Check written book pages and title with predicate

I'm trying to write a predicate to check a written book for Pages, custom model data, and title. and I don't want it to be author specific, this is where I got to before it stopped working, I got the pages working but when I added the check for the title it stopped, also it forces you to define the author along with title
