Make a bossbar link wiht a socreboard but it changes for each player

This is part of my tick function


execute as @a run execute store result bossbar character_selector.flame_dagger_cooldown value run scoreboard players get @s character_selector.item.flame_dagger.cooldown

execute as @a[scores={character_selector.item.flame_dagger.cooldown=1..}] run bossbar set character_selector.flame_dagger_cooldown players @s

execute as @a[scores={character_selector.item.flame_dagger.cooldown=0}] run bossbar set character_selector.flame_dagger_cooldown players

and this is the function where i use the attack


scoreboard players set @s character_selector.item.flame_dagger.cooldown 400

bossbar set character_selector.flame_dagger_cooldown players @s
bossbar set character_selector.flame_dagger_cooldown value 400

playsound minecraft:entity.ghast.shoot player @s ~ ~ ~ 0.7 1.5
particle minecraft:flame ~ ~1.6 ~ 0.3 0.3 0.3 0.01 20
particle minecraft:smoke ~ ~1.6 ~ 0.2 0.2 0.2 0.01 15```

It doesn't work for two players though if htey have the same cooldown so how should i do it
