need to remove certain item from loot chest

Okay sorry to ask this in here, but just looking for generel guidance at this point.
In my modpack, im finding items in loot chests in villages that shouldnt be found there or i dont want to be found there.
I have check all the loottables I can get my hands on, even from the mod the item is coming from, and it has no indication that it intjects the item into village loot chests.
also tried chat gpt for help to search for the culprit but to no solution.
doesn any1 know of a way to disable an item from spawning in a loot chest?
or how to find where it being injected from?
all the mod 10, neoforge, 1.21.1
