(modded blocks) how can i make this palm tree structure spawn in vanilla deserts

hi hope you all are doing well, im trying to make this palm tree structure spawn in vanila desert biomes. These blocks come from the ecologics mod for 1.20.1 forge 47.4.0  i have never made a data pack before, not even for a mod for that matter
