The counter of completed achievements

Hello, I'm trying to create a datapack so that a counter of completed achievements and a percentage are displayed in my head. This is my first counter, and I'm writing it using a neural network because I'm not a programmer myself.
The bot offered to track my every action, and I did so, until I ran into one of the "Eye Spy" achievements. I can't trace him in any way. And in general, tracking each achievement takes a long time anyway.
I wanted to find out from someone, because I can't find this information in any way.
Is there any way to track the completion of an achievement, rather than an action related to the completion of an achievement?
