Getting rid of healing potions

Hi, I making a modpack and trying to make it more hardcore, so I wanna gatekeep stuff like healing potions a lot more.
Is there any possible way for me to change, hide, remove, edit or just anything to stop players from crafting healings potions from the brewing stand?
