Chance to spawn fox with emerald in his mouth

Hi, I need help because i really need a datapack what increase chance to spawn fox with emerald in his mouth. Fox can naturally spawn with emerald but there is a 1% chance for that but i'd like to increase it to about 50% . I need it to my youtube video i will very aprpreciate for any help 🙏
