Confirm Command Execution

I recently updated my datapack from 1.21.5 to 1.21.8 and now this message appears every time i try to run a command via my tellraw menu and click events. I wasn't able to find much about it and don't even know when exactly it got added or if its a mod i have???

So its in Minecraft and you can't turn it off? Is there any mod to disable it?
