creaking spawning.

I want to know how can I summon creaking in Thunder now ?
Pre 1.21.6 it also summons in night and thunderstorm. But now it only summons at night.
So is there way to set night without resetting the Minecraft Day count.
when we do /time set day they dys reset. Is there any way to do this without restting days with Datapack
