Can you stack datapacks that modify the same file?

Suppose I want to change the rules by wich the Butterfly mob from Naturalist spawns. 
There is one datapack that adds the Butterfly to Biomes O' Plenty biomes.
There is also a second one that adds it to an End biome from Better End. 
If I use both datapacks together, will they work?
