Can Mobs Like Enderman And Zombies Wear Custom Player Heads? If So, How?

Im trying to find a way to make enderman and zombies and some other mobs wear Player Heads like the ones from my skins and the ones from minecraft-heads.com but well it hasnt really been successful. 
Does anyone know if this even is possible? And if it is how so?
