the fill command isnt getting run (pls help)

here's the faulty command: execute in minecraft:overworld as @e[limit=1,sort=nearest,type=armor_stand,tag=worldgen] at @s run fill ~-10 ~-10 ~-10 ~10 ~10 ~10 minecraft:end_stone replace minecraft:diamond_block 
its the bottom green/chain one
