Upgrading from 1.21.4 to 1.21.8

Hi!
I'm sure there is a guide here somewhere about this but I didn't manage to find it. My pack launches without errors but the lootable item's names are something like "{"text": "xzyz"}". What changed in the last few versions, what do I have to change in functions and such?
