What happend to `using_converts_to` field?

In minecraft 1.21, the food component had nutrition, saturation,can_always_eat and using_converts_to fields. I recently switched to 1.21.4, and to my knowleadge some of this components functionality was moved to the consumable component. The issue is, using_converts_to field is no longer in food and i cannot find it in consumable no matter how hard i try. Does anybody know where did it go?
