Sounds Not Playing

The sounds in my data pack commands aren't playing for me. 
When I run them through the game they play and I hear them. 
Other people are hearing them, but I'm not 
playsound block.vault.open_shutter master @a[dx=20,dy=20,dz=20] -18119 153 5431 100
I am within the range , so I'm not sure what going on our what to troubleshoot.
