Kamehameha datapack

Hi, I'm doing a famous kamehameha datapack but have many bugs (isn't the give comand, i fix it after the other problem)
the principal problem is the particle, because don't go with player visual, the damage because the damage is been taking not just the entity inside the tecnique but also around the player, plz help me to fix it, thanks for patience and support.
